Hi, I’m Nick. I lead a 30+ person R&D organization at mediaire, a healthcare AI company building MRI analysis software for radiology.

I focus on scaling engineering organizations, improving execution, and delivering products that move the business forward.

Mentoring and community

Alongside my work, I’ve supported people entering and growing in technology:

• Mentored software engineers and engineering managers through The Mentoring Club, ranking in the top 5% based on sessions and mentee feedback. The platform has since shut down.
• Taught Python, data engineering, and SQL at the ReDI School of Digital Integration, and helped ten graduates find their first technology roles.
• Helped organize eight PyBerlin Meetup events, from planning through on-site coordination.
